Buffering Issues on Sports Channels
Some users reported buffering on Sky Sports and BT Sport channels during peak hours. We've added additional server capacity to resolve this issue.
EPG Data Delay
Electronic Program Guide data was delayed for approximately 3 hours. This has now been resolved and EPG is updating normally.
Intermittent Audio on Movie Channels
We're investigating reports of intermittent audio issues on some movie channels. Our technical team is working on a fix.
