To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewPoint UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
