  • Buffering or Freezing

    Check your internet connection speed (minimum 15Mbps recommended for HD). Try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. Restart your router and device. If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router.

  • Login Not Working

    Verify your username and password are correct. Check your subscription status in your dashboard. Reset your password if needed. Ensure you're using the correct server URL.

  • Channels Not Loading

    Check your internet connection. Verify your subscription is active. Try switching to a different server if available in your app settings. Clear the app cache and restart the application.

  • No Sound on Some Channels

    This is usually a codec issue. Try changing the audio track in your player settings. Update your IPTV player to the latest version. For VLC, go to Audio > Audio Track and try different options.

  • EPG (TV Guide) Not Working

    Ensure your EPG URL is correctly entered in your app settings. The EPG may take up to 24 hours to fully populate after initial setup. Try manually refreshing the EPG in your app settings.

How do I install ViewPoint UK on my Firestick?

To install on Firestick, you need to enable apps from unknown sources first. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install Unknown Apps and turn it on for Downloader. Then use Downloader to enter the code "viewpointuk" which will download our custom installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

What is the difference between M3U URL and Xtream Codes?

M3U URL is a playlist link that contains all your channels in a single file, compatible with most media players. Xtream Codes API provides a more integrated experience with features like categories, EPG, and VOD in supported apps. Both methods give you access to the same content - it's just different ways of connecting to our service.

Can I use ViewPoint UK on multiple devices at once?

Yes, depending on your subscription plan. Our 1-month plan allows 2 simultaneous connections, 6-month plan allows 3 connections, and 12-month plan allows 5 connections. You can use these on any combination of devices - for example, one on your TV, one on your phone, and one on a tablet.

Why am I experiencing buffering during peak times?

Buffering during peak hours (typically evenings and during major sports events) can occur due to high server load or internet congestion. We use multiple load-balanced servers to minimize this issue. If you experience consistent buffering, try switching to a different server in your app settings or contact our support team for assistance.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment method by logging into your dashboard at viewpointuk.com/dashboard. Go to the Billing section and click "Update Payment Method". You can change your credit card details or switch to PayPal. Your new payment method will be used for all future renewals.

Is there a mobile app for ViewPoint UK?

We don't have a dedicated ViewPoint UK app, but our service works with many popular IPTV players. For Android devices, we recommend IPTV Smarters or TiviMate. For iOS, we recommend GSE Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters Pro. All these apps are available in their respective app stores and can be configured with your ViewPoint UK credentials.
